Explore your healing voice through toning combined with gentle movement, singing chakra sounds and chanting mantras in kirtan style accompanied with the Shrutibox.

Simone is a teacher of the Sound Healing Academy in Ireland, who will guide you through this experience with joy and ease.

You do not need a ‘singing voice’ for this event!

About The Facilitator

• Simone Meschnig is a sound healing practitioner, yoga and meditation teacher and laughter yoga leader. She runs a busy practice as well as a variety of sound healing courses in Dublin where she has lived for over 14 years. She is an associate teacher & tutor with the Sound Healing Academy and Infinite Sound – www.infinite-sound.com
