Nurture Yourself in Nature with Paula Flood

This workshop is Onsite

Workshop Description:

Join Paula Flood for this unique half day retreat here at the Sanctuary. This workshop will combine outdoor walking meditation, slow yoga and seated contemplation in the beautiful garden spaces and the biodiversity field at the Sanctuary.

Weather permitting, we will also lie down in the outdoor circle area to practice gentle breathing and sky-gazing meditation. Feel the joy and freedom of being fully present in nature!

All levels are welcome.

Being in nature can restore our mood, boost our energy and rejuvenate us. In Japan, the ancient practice of forest bathing encourages people to connect with nature mindfully through the five senses. Inspired by this tradition, this workshop will combine walking, seated and lying meditations in the beautiful outdoor spaces at the Sanctuary. We will tune in to the sights, sounds and scents of our surroundings. Through slow movement and gentle breathing in the open air, we will experience harmony inside ourselves and a deeper appreciation of our connection to Mother Earth.

Day & Date: Saturday, August 12th

Time: 10am – 1pm

Price: €37.00
