Candlit Meditation: Moving into Stillness

This workshop is Onsite

Workshop Description:

The practice begins with a guided sitting meditation which will help the mind to settle.

In the second part of the practice, we’ll slowly make our transition on the mat where we sit and hold poses in stillness and silence.

This is an opportunity for us to observe the fluctuations of the mind as well as the sensations within our body with a gentle focus on the breath.

With this practice we become the observer and simply notice what is happening in the here and now. The invitation is to cultivate an attitude of curiosity towards whatever arises in the present moment, all we need to do is accepting this invitation and let gravity do the rest.

Participants who wish to attend, don’t require any particular meditation trainings, all levels are welcome.

However, they need to feel comfortable sitting as well as laying down on the floor in silence. Please wear comfortable clothes.

Day & Date: Wednesday 13th March 2024

Time: 7 – 8.30pm
