Event Details: Once again, The Sanctuary is marking the day by challenging ourselves and you to a whole month of self-care meditation practice. This year, our challenge is a bit different – all meditations are simply ten minutes long.
That’s right, we said ten minutes long! We want to really create the conditions for establishing the habit of meditation. There’s no point in taking on something so big that it is unrealistic. We feel that ten minutes a day will act as a spring-board into embedding meditation into your daily life.
Feeling inspired and up to the challenge? Make sure to join us as we celebrate World Mental Health Day and raise awareness around the importance of taking care of our mind, just as we are encouraged to take care of our body.

- Please note: our courses will close for booking 48hrs prior to start date. Zoom details, etc. are sent out once the booking has closed to ensure our community members have everything they need in advance of their course beginning.
