9.30am Brigid’s Way Imbolc Pilgrimage, Dublin. Departs from the garden labyrinth at The Sanctuary Holistic
Centre, Stanhope Street, Dublin 7 (following refreshments) to Clondalkin led by Dr. Karen Ward
Moon Mná (11km from Clondalkin)
Walk meeting up points:
12.10pm Golden Bridge Luas Stop – under the bridge (6km from Clondalkin)
1.15pm Áras na Cluaine Apartments, Yellow Meadows Road, Clondalkin (1km from Well)
1.30pm Stone Pillars at the top of Knockmitten Park
2.00pm St. Brigid’s Well – musicians, speakers, fire and water ritual led by Dr. Karen Ward and Oein DeBhairduin
3.00pm Events commence at Áras Chrónáin – Musical Performance, St. Brigid’s cross making workshop with Mervyn Ennis
4.30pm Talk by Anthony Murphy, Mythical Ireland – Brigid The Goddess, Ancient and Pagan Rituals and Legends
5.45pm Fire Performance and Dramatisation of the story of Brigid by Tornaido
