Transitioning into Spring with Riana Walsh

This course is Onsite

Course Description:

Gently transition into Spring and open-up to the initial energies of the season with a Saturday morning mindful yoga practice.

The thematic intention for this practice session is to be present for transition itself as we move from Winter stillness and hibernation into slow awakening, energising and inviting light and easeful vitality into our practice.

This is a full spectrum class beginning with body scan and breath awareness practice, then slowly moving into the physical practice of yoga. With movement and breath aligned, experience your unique pathway as a balanced vibrancy in a space between ease and effort, gentleness and strength. We complete our practice by immersing in the stillness of meditation and deep relaxation to re-emerge relaxed and renewed.

This 3 hour morning of practice is designed to suit all levels, and provides the time and space to experience your mindful yoga practice more deeply. There is a short refreshment break during the session and weather permitting, time to enjoy a touch of Spring in the Sanctuary gardens.

You are requested to inform the teacher in advance regarding any physical/medical issues.
