Tea Ceremony with Sacred Medicinal Celtic Plants and Sound Bath Evening February 2024

This workshop is Onsite

Workshop Description:
Join me for a journey with medicinal Celtic plants!

Learn their traditional and magical uses, their history, legends and stories, scientific evidence that they work and much more.
Let’s learn what our ancestors have practised for millenia!

We’ll sit with the plants and their extracts (tea, tincture, oxymel or vinegar), we’ll touch and feel them, we’ll smell and taste them, we’ll use all of our senses to experience their healing properties and their beauty.
Medicinal plants are used clinically today to prevent various conditions and support our physical, mental, emotional & spiritual self. The scientific evidence shows the presence of therapeutic phytochemicals in each plant, and helps us to understand why such a humble herb such as Nettle could combat hay fever, anemia and arthritis… Would you like to find out more?

Our evening will be a mix of tastes, stories, tradition and science that will end with a relaxing Soundbath. You will discover the secret of medicinal plants and you’ll experience the healing effect of the sound and vibration.

You are welcome to bring a journal or some paper and a pen with you on the evening to take some notes during the workshop, if you wish. You might also like to bring an eye mask for the sound bath, but it is not necessary if you do not have one.
