Course Description:

In this 6 weeks Kundalini Course we will visit different topics to cover all essential elements of the Kundalini Yoga practices.

Kundalini is well known to be a powerful Yoga practice. It works with different
Asanas (postures)
Breathwork (Pranayama)
Chanting (Mantras)
Hand Gestures (Mudras)

These in a particular combination create the Kryas that can help in different part of the body to heal, recover, and regenerate. It can also help you change your energy system, hormonal, glandular system and many more.

This course is suitable for beginners and for people who have practiced Kundalini and other types of Yoga before. Each session will be 1.5 hrs long that will contain a short theory lesson, the man section – Kryas and we finish with either a visualisation meditation or with Mantra Chanting session.

In these 6 weeks the following weekly topics we will work on

Week 1 – Let Go – Release anger and frustration.(Liver Cleanse, Detoxification, Purification)

Week 2 – Love again – Heal the broken Heart. (Unblock your Heart Chakra)

Week 3 – Heal the Inflammation in your Body (IBS, Fibromyalgia, Auto-immune disease)

Week 4 – Stress Release (Adrenal Glands, Kidneys, Infections)

Week 5 – Trauma Healing – (PTSD, Childhood, Adulthood Trauma)

Week 6 – Healing your Nervous system (Re-write your behavioural patterns)

About The Facilitator


    • Nikki is a qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer, Neuro Muscular therapist, yoga, and Pilates instructor since 2010. Nikki also completed the dietitian course in 2011 in DCU via the National training College.
      She has been actively teaching various classes in the past 10 years in different locations around Dublin.
      She deepened her Yoga and Meditation skills in the past 5 years by completing Kundalini Yoga, Mantra meditation teacher courses in Samadhi Yoga School.
      She practices meditation and yoga daily. Her passion is to bring gentle movement and yoga with breathing back into everyday life as preparation for meditation.

            • Cancellation available 5 days prior to the event with full refund and credit will be applied for any cancellation requested up to 48hrs prior to the course or workshop.
