Stress is an inevitable part of our lives, and in small amounts, it can be good and motivating. However, we currently live in a constant rush, overwhelmed by work, high expectations, and responsibilities. Stress becomes chronic and eventually effects our health and the joy in our lives. There is also trauma, unprocessed emotions, and limiting beliefs that so often put us into a chronic fight or flight state.

Justyna invites you to a transformative 2-hour workshop designed to equip you with a simple yet effective tool to manage stress and emotional overwhelm. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, is a powerful mind-body therapy that combines elements of acupuncture, and energy healing with modern psychology.

During the workshop, you’ll:

  1. Learn the Basics: Understand the principles behind EFT and how it works to release emotional blocks and restore energy flow in the body.
  2. Practice EFT Technique: Through guided exercises and demonstrations, you’ll learn the tapping points and how to apply them effectively to address specific issues related to stress and emotions.
  3. Experience Relief: Through hands-on practice, you’ll experience the immediate benefits of EFT as you tap away tension, anxiety, and other negative emotions.
  4. Gain Confidence: Walk away with the knowledge and skills to continue using EFT on your own whenever stress arises, empowering you to take control of your emotional well-being.

About The Facilitator

     

    • Justyna is a certified Ayurveda health coach, educator & therapist, and EFT & Matrix Reimprinting practitioner. Member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) association for holistic medicine practitioners.

      She underwent a transformative journey from health challenges to holistic healing. Discovering Ayurveda after her own health turnaround, she completed certifications and training in Ayurveda and EFT to share her insights.

      Passionate about the body-mind connection, she guides clients through personalized care, holistic healing, and self-discovery. Offering 1-to-1 sessions, mentoring, and workshops, she helps clients tap into their innate healing potential.
