Qigong Course with Mark Kinghan June and July 2024

This course is Onsite

Course Description:

Qi Gong ( Energy cultivation ) is the Chinese term used to describe exercises of the body and mind. Qigong comprises of gentle body movement exercises along with breathwork. These movements cultivate health, longevity and a deeper sense of being in our world. Like Yoga in India, Qigong has many different styles and approaches, emphasising different aspects. From the harder or more vigorous martial arts styles, to the softer or more internal/ spiritual styles.

These classes will involve physical forms which are not difficult to learn and can be practiced by people with varied fitness levels. The main work will be guiding our minds in an internal journey, exploring with curiosity and love what it means to be fully alive. Join Mark on these sessions to deepen familiarity with fundamental Qigong exercises while exploring how they can open up our relationship with ourselves and the outside world.
