Rest, Restore & Renew – A day of Mindfulness

This workshop is Onsite

Workshop Description:

Autumn brings a time of ripeness, and as nature matures around us, she invites us to harvest what came to fruition during the Summer.

A time to Rest, Restore and Renew.

Join us in community for a day of Mindfulness.

Enveloped by the stillness of silence and nurtured by nature, we’ll imbue in our innate streams of wellbeing.

This day retreat offers a tranquil space to vitalize your wellsprings through breath, movement and the senses.

Connecting with a deeper sense of self through a blend of practices like bodyscan, sitting practices,  walking in nature and reflections.  You are invited to become more aware of the vitality that the present moment can offer;  encouraging us to quieten the mind, release tensions and balance emotions while opening our senses to the warmth of kindness and compassion.

Whether you are new to mindfulness or interested in deepening your practice, this day offers a gentle pace to welcome all that is into the present moment.

You are welcome to bring lunch to enjoy in the gardens or take a stroll around the many eateries in Stoneybatter.

Day & Date: Saturday, 24th August 2024

Time: 10am – 4pm

Price: €55

About The Facilitator

Ciara Holland

    • A lifelong learner, with a desire to be healthy and happy.  Ciara studied a degree in Humanities as a mature student, is a qualified life and business coach, a chakra dancing facilitator, and a mindfulness teacher.

She has been working within organisational development for over 15 years.  She also works in the community facilitating movement and mindfulness.

Her more recent work centres around learning how we can best inhabit our own space: how we can understand our needs better, manage our wellbeing, make more informed choices, flourish and be in better relationship with ourselves and others.

Her experience has been that we have the ability within us to unlock our innate potential, to better serve ourselves and in turn others.  Ciara’s reckoning is the journey than can be fun, empowering, enriching, often awkward and transformative.
