Our Community Meditations are run four times a week:
- ONSITE Monday meditations 11am -12pm Tea and Coffee with Community Chats will be available after the Meditation.
- ONSITE Monday evening meditations 6pm – 7pm
- (Online) Wednesday Evening Meditation 7.30 pm
- (Online) Thursday Lunchtime Meditation 1.15 pm
Suggested donation €7.50 per meditation and FREE to Friends of the Sanctuary Members
