Grounded in contemporary perspectives on spirituality, this course embraces diversity and inclusivity, offering practical tools and insights applicable to various belief systems and lifestyles.
Dates and Themes for 2024 / 2025
Weekend 1: Saturday 12th October and Sunday 13th October 2024
10am-4.30pm at the Sanctuary
Theme: Entering the Castle – In this weekend we will explore the spiritual domain as separate yet connected to the personal or within a tradition. We will explore the deeper inner journey and how this invites us to encounter our own direct spiritual awareness.
6 Wednesdays Online: 16th, 23rd and 30th Oct, 6th, 13th and 20th Nov
Theme: The Spiritual Journey – using mindfulness and ritual we will journey together into the deep present, inviting all the parts of ourselves to be here with us. We will explore the challenges and pitfalls that face us in life and how spirituality can resource us in meeting these.
Weekend 2: Saturday 11th January and Sunday 12th January 2025
10am-4.30pm at the Sanctuary
Theme: A cosmo biological experience of the eternal now – In this weekend we will explore our biography and how that relates to our spiritual growth and identity opening a pathway to discover our inner monastery or temple.
6 Wednesdays Online: 15th, 22nd, 29th Jan, 5th, 12th and 19th Feb 2025
Theme: The Inner Monastery – using mindfulness and meditation we will encounter our inner monastery and connect into a sense of the sacred within and without.
Weekend 3: Saturday 8th March and Sunday 9th March 2025
10am-4.30pm at the Sanctuary
Theme: Spiritual Wellbeing – in this weekend we will explore our connection to spirituality and how it changes and challenges our perceptions of how we are in the world and how we relate to others, evoking empathy, gratitude and compassion.
6 Wednesdays Online: 12th, 19th, 26th March, 2nd, 9th, 16th April 2025
Theme: Spiritual Wellbeing – continuing the weekend exploration we will co-create practices and ritual for daily living that are supportive, nourishing, and self-loving.
Weekend 4: Saturday 3rd May and Sunday 4th May 2025
10am-4.30pm at the Sanctuary
Theme: Spirituality & Mindfulness – bring the spiritual into your practice to add a deep layer of potential and enhance the outcome of your inner work. This weekend will focus on deep meditation and awareness of the energy of the spiritual and what that means.
6 Wednesdays Online: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th May, 4th, 11th June
Theme: Spiritual mindfulness and ritual for daily living and within the workplace – This teaching will explore how we can live within the container of a spiritual life at both personal and professional levels.
Final Day: Sunday 24th August 2025
10am-4.30pm at the Sanctuary
Theme: Practical demonstration from students, course awards and celebration.
