Spring Renewal: Hatha and Restorative Yoga with Sophia April 2024

This workshop is ONSITE

Workshop Description:

Embrace the vibrant energy of the season and awaken your body, mind, and spirit to the beauty of spring.

As nature blooms around us, this workshop is designed to help you shed the remnants of winter and embrace the new beginnings of spring. Through a blend of Hatha Flow and Restorative yoga, we will focus on the theme of “Opening to Spring,” moving towards a state of inner renewal and balance.

In the first part of the workshop we will move through a mindful Hatha Flow practice to promote strength, flexibility, and vitality. With each movement, we will encourage the release of stagnant energy and invite in the freshness of the season. Through mindful breathwork and asanas, we will awaken the body and prepare it for the transformative journey ahead.

The Restorative yoga portion of the workshop will offer deep relaxation and restoration. Through gentle, supported poses and guided meditation, we will surrender to the nurturing embrace of stillness. As we surrender tension and stress, we will create space to welcome new intentions and possibilities.

This 2.5 hour morning of practice is designed to suit all levels, and provides the time and space to experience your mindful yoga practice more deeply. There is a short refreshment break during the session and weather permitting, time to enjoy a touch of Spring in the Sanctuary gardens.

Day & Date: Saturday, 13th April 2024

Time: 10am – 12.30pm
