Candlight Meditation: Moving into Stillness

This workshop is Onsite

Workshop Description:

The practice is floor-based and begins with a guided meditation practice which will help you to arrive into the space.

Gently, we move through restorative twists, heart openers and hips openers accompanied by soft music that will strengthen the meditative state.

As we move into stillness, we become the observer and start to notice what is happening in the here and now. The invitation is to cultivate an attitude of curiosity towards whatever arises in the present moment, all we need to do is accept this invitation and let gravity do the rest.

Participants who wish to attend, don’t require any particular meditation training, all levels are welcome.

Please wear warm and comfortable clothing to this session.

Day & Date: Wednesday 18th September 2024

Time: 7 – 8.15pm

Price: €18
