We have a wonderful line up of contemporary speakers for you this year, with a range of backgrounds.  They will share their wisdom and experience of embracing darkness, as we wait for the arrival of brighter days, using the themes of Hope, Peace, Joy and Love.

We invite you to join us over four Saturday mornings for our month-long, online Winter Reflection that coincides with Advent. We will explore the benefits of slowing down, letting go and resting, as we prepare for the return of the light.  This is a fundraising event for the Sanctuary, which we have held for the last number of years.

This year, we welcome Sr Stanislaus Kennedy, member of the congregation of the Religious Sisters of Charity, social campaigner and author of several books, most recently, Gratitude. Dominic Cogan, Teacher and Meditation Facilitator; Tony Bates, Psychologist and Author of several books, most recently, Breaking the Heart Open; Pádraig Ó Tuama, poet, theologian and conflict mediator who’s notable works include In the Shelter: Finding a Home in the World and Poetry Unbound: 50 Poems to Open Your World.

Each Saturday session will be recorded and sent out via email to you during the following week.  You will be able to download and keep the recordings.
